Osborne & Dowling Pty Ltd are based in Kempsey on the Mid North Coast of NSW. We have completed building projects all over the Mid North Coast from Port Macquarie to Grafton. Rodney & Jeremy have over 30 years of experience in the Building Industry and joined together 16 years ago to form their own building and construction company.
